Mortar Development Group have been involved in the procurement of high quality and secure student accommodation since the early 1990s.  

Our first student accommodation project was the refurbishment of the former Simpsons Lace Mill in Nottingham, which was probably the first privately financed project in the UK.  Over the past twenty years the Company has continued to develop close working relationships with many local and national universities.  During this period we have developed a unique combination of development skills and management experience due to the variety of projects we have undertaken.  From our early beginnings our reputation has continued to grow and the size and complexity of our projects has increased.  We are now undertaking projects throughout the UK, including Central London where the demand for bed spaces continues to grow.
